Multi-X swabs are manufactured from 100% surgical grade absorbent cotton gauze with a latex-free barium sulphate x-ray thread and have folded edges to prevent loose fibres and shedding. Swabs are in tied 5 presentation in line with standard operating procedures. In-house weight checking systems ensure correct swab counts. Taped abdominal swabs are double stitched around each side, with cross-stitching giving the swabs added strength. A comprehensive range of sizes, to cover all operational requirements, are available in white and green gauze, presented in sterile and non-sterile format. Special sizes and specifications, including x-ray gauze balls, are available upon request.

All swabs are independently tested to BP specification, (Reports available upon request).
